Showing agents that sign up for our service need their own access to the MLS. This is to ensure that they are able to schedule showings on properties through ShowingTime and other provider platforms. Agents also need to have the ability to access electronic lockboxes. 

Showami has been designed for agents that already have access to the MLS and are using it in their existing business activity. For this reason, we would suggest waiting to sign up with Showami until you are already using the MLS.

Generally speaking, MLS access for buyer’s agents is highly suggested but not mandatory.
