Showami has made substantial updates to the Client Portal. The client portal is a Platinum upgrade and was designed to give clients a way to schedule showings themselves thereby saving agents time and money. These updates give the real estate agent more options when it comes to who pays for the showing and whether or not the showing gets automatically delegated to a Showing Agent.

Invite Client Link
We made it easier for an agent to invite a client to create their own Client Portal that is automatically linked to the agent’s account. You can still enter the client’s information manually if you prefer.
Forced Client Payment Option
You now have the option to make entering a credit card and paying for showings mandatory for your clients. The setting for this option can be found in your settings tab.
Automatically Delegate Client Portal Showings Option
Users now have the option to automatically approve client portal showing requests. This eliminates the need to log into your account to approve / decline requests from your client. If you delegate all showings, this option will make sense. You can find this option under the Settings tab on your website dashboard.
Clearer disclosure of which clients entered a credit card and who has not
You can now see in the portal what clients have entered a valid payment method for their showings.
Showing status notifications are now being texted to the client
Showing notifications will now be texted to the client themselves so they can manage their own showing.
