Tips for Password Reset Success
Always use the most recent Reset Password Email - only the most recent link is valid. All older links become invalid once you request another password reset.
Be patient - Email is not always instantaneous, so it may take several minutes for the Reset Password email to arrive.
Check the Spam folder - Reset Password emails may end up in the Spam folder for some email client configurations.
Explanation of common Errors
"Reset password token is invalid."
Every password reset request generates a unique password reset token and saves it to your user account. This token is automatically included in the "Change my password" link sent to your email address. Once you request a new password reset token, all existing tokens are invalidated. That means you must always use the most recent reset password link we send. Repeated password reset request emails are often grouped together on a thread, so make sure you're using the link from the most recently sent email.
"Reset password token has expired, please request a new one."
Password reset tokens expire 1 week after they are issued. You need to request a new password reset to proceed.
