The plan includes a $250 setup cost and a $50 monthly fee, with the option to upgrade all agents to Platinum for an additional $15 per agent per month. Each account includes one Platinum Agent account, allowing that agent to request showings, open houses, and other property tasks.

- API integration: Use API calls to automate your showing requests. We can connect Showami’s API to your system so you don’t have to manually create requests. Our API calls can also integrate with your CRM to trigger showing requests through automations and workflows.
- Detailed custom reports: Receive tailored reports specific to your brokerage’s needs.
- Preferred Agent Groups: Create preferred agent groups within Showami to control which agents see your requests first.
- Rebates : Earn $1 back per showing, paid out every 100 showings. This can eventually reduce or eliminate the $50 monthly fee.
