Open: Showing requests are sent to showing agents within the organization first. If the showing isn’t picked up within 10 minutes, requests are sent to outside agents. Open groups also receive showing opportunities from agents outside of the organization.
Closed: A closed group has the ability to limit showing opportunities within an organization only. The admin also has the ability to close the showing agents within the group to outside showing.
