Whenever a showing request goes out in your area you will be notified via text message or through push notifications (if you install the app, which you can do here).

Showings are picked up on a first come first serve basis, so the faster you pick up/accept showings, the better. Showami’s app notifications are faster because they operate in real-time, so you have a better chance of picking up showings if you use it. If you receive an alert but the showing info doesn’t appear, chances are that another agent picked up the showing before you, or the showing was canceled by the requesting agent.

If you haven’t received any notifications it might mean that your selected map area is too small or that we don’t have a lot of demand for showing agents in your area. Certain times of the year are busier than others, too. Please be patient as demand for our service grows.
