The buyer’s agent chooses how much they are willing to pay for a showing. The average showing cost is $50. The showing agents are notified and can accept the showing amount being offered or create a counterproposal.

For example, a buyer’s agent could choose to pay $50 which would mean the showing agent would receive $32 for a successfully completed showing.
