The integration is primarily designed for initiating agents (buyer's agents who need showing coverage). However, any Showami user with a Lofty account can connect the two platforms. If you use Showami as a showing agent and want to link your account with Lofty, you still can. We are actively developing new features for this integration which may be helpful for Showing Agents as well.
