I connected my accounts but I don't see Showami in my Lofty dashboard. What do I do?

Try refreshing your Lofty dashboard after completing the connection process. If the Showami tile does not appear, navigate back to the Lofty Marketplace, locate the Showami listing, and confirm the connection status shows as Active or Connected. If the issue persists, log out and back into Lofty, or contact Showami support for assistance.
