Please read the scheduling section carefully on every showing listing. If the buyer’s agent has already scheduled the showing, you can reach out to the buyer’s agent for the scheduling details.

If the buyer’s agent wants you, the showing agent, to schedule the showing then you first accept the showing. Then, after scheduling the showing with the listing agent, go back to your profile and click on ‘Confirmed’. Please make sure that this is done prior to the showing. 

Good communication makes the process better for everyone, which is why the scheduling section has an area where the initiating agent can leave you notes. You will also see a messaging option to send the other agent notes and ask questions. This is the best way to communicate because it has a date/time stamp and support can view the messages when needed.
