Showings canceled by a buyer’s agent more than two hours before a showing are not charged. If you cancel prior to the two-hour window and still see a charge, this is most likely a pre-authorization that will drop off in a few days. 

Showings canceled by a buyer’s agent within two hours of the showing will be charged a $20 cancellation fee to help compensate the showing agent for their time. The showing will not be automatically re-posted.

If the showing agent cancels a showing more than two hours before the showing time, Showami will automatically repost the showing for you.
