The initiating agent can schedule the time range from an hour to 6 hours in 1/2 hour increments.  They can make a price offer just like a regular showing and can range from $49 -$199 on the initiating agent side.  A good rule of thumb is $99 for the first hour and $49 for each hour afterwards.
