We created Showami as a platform where agents can connect with other reliable, trustworthy agents. However, canceled showings are one of the most common issues we see on Showami. We do understand that sellers sometimes cancel appointments or homes go under contract, so some cancellations cannot be avoided. 

To minimize scheduling issues, we do ask that showing agents make showings a priority once they have accepted an appointment. Agents don’t get in trouble for cancellations beyond their control. We do, however, take action if we notice a habit of cancellations that leave fellow agents in a bind, and we reserve the right to block agents with multiple cancellations.
